Data Protection Roles
AEGIS TECHNO acts as controller for Inventory Book user accounts, authentication, SaaS subscriptions, billing, contact requests, abuse prevention, technical preferences, and service security.
The bookstore acts as controller for personal data entered or received through its catalogue, reservations, public requests, sales history, and exports. AEGIS TECHNO acts as processor for these data and processes them only to provide Inventory Book, secure the service, support the bookstore, and comply with documented lawful instructions.
The bookstore must inform its customers, choose the applicable legal bases and retention rules, answer data subject requests, and avoid entering unnecessary personal data. AEGIS TECHNO may use documented subprocessors for hosting, email, subscription payments, and technical operations. The Privacy Policy lists the current recipients and retention periods.
Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we own the intellectual property rights to all material on this application. These rights are reserved. You may access and use the application content for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in these Terms.
Restrictions
